This yarn was traditionally made for making Western Cinches for horses. It is made from the courser parts of mohair and so would otherwise be considered waste. The yarn is great for macrame as its thick and strong and really easy to dye. Due to the thickness of this yarn it is presented in 495g hanks. We have omitted the knitted gauge for this yarn as its quite heavy and isn’t really suited to a knitted fabric.
