This is the ultimate stranding yarn, it is fine and light, making it a perfect alternative for those who don’t like mohair. The yarn is super soft and takes the dye really nicely, the colours will spread gently, and will look like watercolours. Colours appear soft and slightly muted, but strong colours can be achieved with effort. You can use a range of needles for this yarn, we went from a 3mm, up to a 5mm, creating an open drapey fabric. Stranded with another yarn this will add a gentle halo to any fabric.

In this range:

49053 - Suri Silk Cloud

49244 - Suri Silk DK

This yarn is light and fluffy like clouds… if you want a non mohair sub to knit on its own, or strand with something else, this is your yarn, it’s wonderful and light.
