Addi CraSyTrio Unicorn

Type 180-2-30-2

Addi's highly popular CraSyTrio needles (three, flexible double-pointed needles for small circumference knitting) combine here with their Unicorn tips. The spiral structure and shiny surface of the Unicorn tips makes them brilliant for all kinds of knitting. The slight texture slows down the movement of stitches for looser knitters, but the very smooth, polished surface also works well for tighter knitters.

These CraSyTrio Unicorn needles are particularly versatile since each needle as a basic tip at one end (ideal for preventing splitting of more loosely spun yarns), and a lace tip at the other end (great for tightly spun yarns, or working multiple stitches together). You simply hold the needle tip you desire in your working hand, and reap the benefits!

Great for knitting on the go, your stitches are less likely to slip off your needles thanks to the flexible structure of these needles. And with fewer needle transitions per round, you will fly round your small circumference projects.

These needles come with the quality of German craftsmanship that Addi is well known for. The pink, flexible cords are firmly attached to the brass needle tips with their 'knotted' technology, ensuring a secure and smooth transition from tip to cable.

  • Perfect for socks, hats, sleeves, gloves, turtlenecks and baby clothes
  • Great for knitters who like the feel of a slightly textured needle tip
  • Versatility of yarn choice (high twist and loosely spun) with both basic and lace tips on each needle

Made in Germany, of course.

The difference between Novel and Unicorn tips

Unlike the CraSyTrio Novel Long, the Unicorn Trio needles have round needle tips with a spiral structure as well as an extra fine Lace tip and a normal Basic tip. This makes them particularly suitable for knitters for whom the texture of Novel needles is too pronounced. Thanks to the spiral structure, the hands are lightly massaged while knitting, while the stitches glide perfectly over the extra smooth needle tips.
