If possible, this is even softer than its mohair sister, 49187 Silk Kid Fluff 4ply. It’s absolutely exquisite. This yarn has a strand of baby Suri fluff wrapped around a silk singles yarn. Please see our notes on dyeing silk. It dyes beautifully and knits into a lovely drapey fabric. You can achieve pretty, watercolour effects. This is a great substitute for 49187 for those who can’t tolerate mohair. This would also make a really interesting woven fabric, although we would recommend it being used as a weft instead of a warp.
