49188 Fine Organic Quarter Round

This is a super-soft yarn with a lovely, even twist. The yarn takes the dye well, colours give a watercolour effect and speckles can be achieved. The resulting knitted fabric is velvety and plump, holds its shape really nicely and has a lovely, even stitch definition. This is a brilliant yarn for garments and accessories worn next to the skin. It could be used as a sock yarn at a push, but a very tight gauge would be needed to create enough strength. It would also make a lovely woven fabric.
