This is a contender for the nicest non-superwash base! Although the Merino fibre is 26.5 micron, it feels a lot softer. The yarn takes the dye well and colours appear bright and clear. Speckles spread softly, although you can get some good effects with a little more effort. The resulting fabric is glorious. It has neat stitch definition and would work well for colourwork. This is a superb sweater yarn and it would also be perfect for hats and accessories to keep your customers toasty.
