This version of type 49191 SW Falkland 4ply HT is designed specifically for socks, with added nylon for strength. It is a high-twist base which gives excellent robustness and bounce. Falkland Merino has a subtle, slightly whiter quality compared to our standard Merino,. It sucks up the dye, speckles really well, and also works nicely for glazing techniques. Colours appear bright and clear. The knitted fabric has a bouncy texture, and is also great for accessories, garments and baby clothes.
