49309 Ultra Aran

An attractive, soft aran with a lovely twist. This undyed yarn sucks up dye, speckles really well and colours appear bright and clear. It looks lovely in the skein and the knitted fabric has a classic aran look. This yarn is great for cabling. We used a 4.5mm needle to compensate for the superwash stretch (see page 5 for more information) and this made a pretty, drapey fabric. This could also be knitted on a 4mm, especially for rib. A great, standard aran to have in your range.
