The blend of cotton and wool creates a velvety-soft base with a matt finish. We recommend acid dyes for this yarn, bearing in mind that the cotton will not take the dye, this means that colours remain soft and muted. The resulting effect is delightful. Speckles do not appear strongly but spread gently. An absolute dream summer yarn for lightweight garments with a lovely drape and a crisp, clean stitch definition. The fabric shows stitch patterns really clearly and this should be exploited.
