This gorgeous yarn is enhanced by the Bluefaced Leicester fibre which adds a slight texture to the silk, compared to Merino, giving it a little more body. The yarn sucks up the dye, speckles appear prominent, and colours are bright and clear. The fabric is soft and shiny and has a nice drape. This would make lovely accessories and thick shawls.
