Something a little different, this linen blend is a wonderful summery yarn. The linen adds a caramel quality to the base colour of the yarn, and the addition of silk keeps it light and gives it a delicate shine. To top it off, alpaca contributes drape and softness. The yarn takes the dye well and the colours have a watercolour effect. This would make a great yarn for summer sweaters and cardigans, and for light shawls. It would also work really nicely for weaving.
