Merino, cashmere and nylon is a classic yarn blend, with cashmere adding a surprising amount of softness, and nylon contributing strength. It takes the dye really well and colours appear bright and clear. It can be knitted on a few different needle sizes to get a variety of gauges whilst maintaining a beautiful fabric with slightly different properties. 3.25mm needles gives a fabric with softness and a lovely drape, whilst 2.75mm provides more stability whilst maintaining its velvety texture.
