This is our second eco sock yarn. Using 18.5 micron merino and 20% linen for strength, this yarn has a n appealing, plump texture and a light caramel base colour. The yarn takes the dye nicely, and speckles spread a little. Colours remain soft and muted on this yarn. We have made this specifically as a sock yarn; however it would make a great summer garment yarn and would be nice for accessories. The fabric knits with a velvety texture and a gentle drape, and with neat stitch definition.
