49048 Pure Silk Lace 600

This pure silk lace is dreamily smooth and soft – it’s almost so smooth you can’t feel it! This base is very white and shiny. It sucks up the dye, so deep, rich colours can be achieved, and it speckles well. Please see our notes on dyeing silk. This yarn blocks beautifully and has the ultimate drape that only silk can attain, making it ideal for the softest neck accessories – perfect for weddings! We have also used it for a thicker, shiny embroidery thread as it is very hard wearing.
