49146 Sheila's Sock HT

This bouncy base is a joy to dye and knit and looks great in the skein. It sucks up the dye, speckles and glazing work really well as do almost all dyeing styles. The construction is very robust. The fabric holds its shape and has a gentle texture on the knit stitches. It can be used for socks, although type 49128 is the same with the addition of nylon, specifically for socks. This is a superb garment yarn and a great choice for children’s clothing as it is soft and long lasting. A great all-rounder.
