Addi Sockwonder Lace Circular Knitting Needles

A miracle for socks, sleeves, leg and arm warmers, gloves… these are the perfect needles for all of your small circumference knitting. With a 70mm lace tip and a 45mm basic tip, knitting small and delicate pieces is a lot simpler.

The longer lace tip is sharply pointed, making it easier to slide into multiple stitches, and many knitters find that the longer length sits more comfortably in the right hand. The shorter tip has our blunter, basic tip which is brilliant to avoid splitting loosely spun or multi-plied yarns, but generally just holds the stitches. It is recommended that you hold the shorter needle tip with just your fingers and not the whole hand. The total length of the needle is just 25cm, meaning that you can just whizz round those small circumferences!

Sockwonder Lace circular knitting needles minimise transitions in your knitting. Unlike using a long needle and magic loop, there is no need to pull the cable through your stitches, and unlike using double-pointed needles, you don't need to swap from one needle to the next. You simply knit round and round with no fuss!

If you prefer long needle tips and generally hold them with the whole of your hand, we recommend the Addi CraSyTrio Long Needles for knitting small diameters. These can be held more easily.
