This is a glossy, gorgeous yarn – perfect as a silk substitute if you want something vegan. This yarn dyes beautifully. The shine elevates colours and makes them look almost iridescent. For the best colour uptake, see notes on dyeing cellulose fibres. We recommend Procion MX, fibre-reactive or natural dyes for this yarn. Metallic colours work well on this yarn. Speckles can be achieved, but they do tend to spread. The resulting fabric has incredible drape.
