The natural camel colour gives this yarn a warm base on which to dye. Ideal for hand-paints and semi-solids, this yarn is exquisite. The fabric has super stitch definition, meaning that lace patterning shows up more clearly than on many other yarns. The fabric blocks out well, holds its shape and has a wonderful drape. Although designed for shawls, this also makes a great lightweight garment yarn. Tranquil Lace would make an incredible woven fabric. Please see our notes on dyeing silk.
