59116 Vegan Blend #2

Vegan Blend #2 combines Abaca paper and cotton into a lightly textured yarn. For the best colour uptake, see notes on dyeing cellulose fibres. We recommend Procion MX, fibre-reactive or natural dyes for this yarn. The resulting fabric is light with almost a twisted paper texture. This would make a great yarn for summer tops, but also light shawls and wraps. The yarn softens as it’s worked. We are not certain that this would be strong enough for a warp.
